Although these can be challenging questions to answer without knowing the details of your specific project, we understand why this is so important to our customers. We have put together some average pricing and timeframes for various project types to assist you in your planning and expectations of your remodeling project.

The following indicates the average timeframes you can expect for a remodeling project in your home.  These timeframes can vary greatly depending on the size and scope of your project, as well as many other key components that can play into them.  During the course of these stages, there are also several integral workings going on “behind the scenes”, such as pulling permits, getting variances when needed, and ordering the materials for your project. We do our best to create a structure and process that allows you to still live life in your home – in the middle of a difficult disruption.

Given the various project types and sizes we work on, budgets can be especially difficult to give appropriate expectations for. That being said, we put a great deal of time and thought into providing rough ballpark ranges for several project types below. One of our Design Consultants will be able to give you a much more accurate range based on your specific project once they have seen the space and heard more specific details from you.
